I'd love to see a prequel series of the Mad King and stuff like that. Not sure how much material there already is for that or if new stuff would have to be written. Maybe it'd have to be a movie.

The only one I see killing The Mountain would be The Hound.
He has the size and strength to be at least a challenge for his zombie big brother, and there's no love lost between the two either.

I can see Arya and The Hound crossing paths or even teaming up, but I don't believe they will end up killing each other.

you don't necessarily need size and strength to take down the Mountain. oberyn nearly had it, if only he didn't keep strutting around looking for a confession.

I would think that Zombie Mountain poses quite a few more problems if your facing him in a fight than mortal Mountain. He was stabbed in the heart by the faith militant and it didn't seem to phase him at all.

Well, now you will, because The Mountain is now a zombie/Frakenstein's monster-type of creature. Same tactics will no longer work I don't think.

The mace (or whatever you call it) got stuck in his armor. Don't think it really pierced it much.

Either way, I don't think he has a beating heart or any pain-receptors.

Exactly. In the later screen you can see that armor is only dented.

I thought it showed the armor with holes in it; specifically to point out that it didn't faze him at all.

If they were supposed to be obvious holes, then they were not obvious to me. Maybe if I saw them again.

Yeah, the hit just pierced the armor and sort of got stuck but it didn't make contact with flesh. It would have probably poured out blue or something.

The holes in the armor were still there when they went to hear the "big announcement" from Tommen. I guess he doesn't possess or didn't have time to grab a fresh set.

There were holes in the armor but no blood. I imagine he can still be killed but it'll probably have to be a head shot.

^ The only proven way to kill a zombie/immortal. That or decapitation.

Maybe Norman Reedus could show up playing a cross bow wielding Knight.

The spikes were at least 6 inches and he buried it the the hilt into his armor. They definitely pierced his flesh. As he is no longer alive he may not have any blood to bleed.

RE the he's dead thing, to my knowledge he never died before he got to Qyburn. So if he's dead, Qyburn killed him.
