Oh, probably the best part of this episode was Harry calling out Barry. Despite what Joe said, everybody is in the position they are because of Barry's plan. Kudos for the writers realizing the plan was outright dumb.

Her flirting with herself was hilarious. "You've seen our body, right? Why do you cover them up?"

I appear to be in the minority, but Panabaker's Killer Frost line delivery felt strange to me. It sounded like she was trying to imitate Captain Cold.

Lots of people have said that, actually.

I'm guessing Barry gets his speed back (hopefully more), Wally gets his speed and other random people get powers so we can have freak of the week fillers for season 3

They already did the "hero loses his powers" thing in season one. Do we have to go through this again, this time for several episodes?

It is indeed ridiculous that character's continue to use the wrong name. Blindspot is the worst with everybody still using Jane Doe when they have fully proven her actual identity.

She was called for so long, and since her memory hasn't come back, I guess that's how she thinks of herself.

I really hope the 'big bad' of S3 isn't another evil speedster in the veins of Reverse Flash / Zoom. This whole season has just been a pale rehash of season one imo besides the first quarter being used as simple setup and advertisement for Legends of Tomorrow.

Yeah, even the "mentor turns out to be the bad guy" thing again. And him getting his own time remnant from a parallel universe makes no freaking sense.

I would love to see the Black Racer as the Big Bad of season three. That would be something different.

That's initially who I thought Zoom was supposed to be. They basically used that visual.

I think the basic themes and character introductions have been great, it's just lacking the same level of execution we saw in season one. The villains have largely been better this season and King Shark was awesome.

There was a genuine exuberance to the fact they could do what they were in season one. Either the CW leaned on them to stay with what worked, or they're scared to go somewhere new.

I have thought that the whole Earth 2 concept could have been handled better. They didn't flesh it out enough for my tastes and made Barry look like an idiot when he first visited it.
Apparently we were supposed to be fine with the fact that Barry knocked out his double and was going home with his wife. The Earth-2 stuff is a cool idea, but it opened way too many new things up and the show is having trouble focusing now. The whole parallel universe means too many balls in the air.
