Yes, this is correct. So basically you'll NEVER see the Patriots or Steelers on Hard Knocks, because they almost never go three years without a playoff appearance and current management doesn't want them on it. Plus, the league isn't going to tick off Bob Kraft or the Rooneys.

He has his own cameras with this level of access to everybody else's camps. Besides, if the Patriots did do this, the tapes would be destroyed before we see them.
