Besides Barry acting like an idiot, it was a really fun episode. Lots of cool little eater eggs as mentioned already.

I'm wondering if they're going to hold off on the big Zoom reveal until May sweeps.

BTW, for those unaware, Jesse L. Martin can actually sing in real life. He was a pretty well known Broadway performer and worked most notably on Rent.

Wow, this episode killed it in the ratings. 3.97M viewers and 1.6. Some shows right now would kill to get a 1.6 in the demos. Finished 2nd in the timeslot behind NCIS. The CW has got to be really happy.

Yeah, they definitely had Barry acting out of character to speed up the plot developments. I don't know if they wanted to show Barry is a doofus without his support team around him or what. I think they were desperate to show us the idea of what a Barry and Iris marriage would look like and Joe's death.

The Flash is becoming a real monster hit for the CW. Its success will almost certainly lead to even more superhero shows on network television and I strongly bet that Marvel eventually capitulates by putting an actual superhero show on ABC.

If the networks call, I am always ready for action.

Wow...this show is all kinds of cool. I feel sorry for the movie when it comes out. There's no way that's going to be any better than this. They better get some kick ass writers for that to even compete.
