Wow! Congratulations to davidh777 on the Amazing Race and Survivor Game Double Victory! Thanks again to Damfino and JuryDuty for heading up this game every season. I'm not big on the Millennials vs Gen X theme for the fall season, but you can bet I'll be participating in our game though. I'll see you all in the fall!

Just watched the finale last night--thanks all for the congrats! :banana:
I didn't have high expectations going into the episode, but fortunately Aubry won a reward challenge instead of an immunity. I figured Tai would vote out Aubry so I felt good about Michele then, until it went to fire and Cydney utterly failed. I didn't want Aubry facing Michele, but then the vote-out-the-jury played a big part, and honestly it's true that Michele ended the season strong, and Aubry was mostly hanging on. After tribal council, it seemed like three people had indicated that they'd go for Michele so I was cautiously optimistic. I wouldn't have complained if Aubry had won because she probably played the stronger game throughout the season, but Michele won a lot of late challenges to stay in the game, and the jury usually gives credit for those. Pretty lucky to win both Survivor and TAR games. :) Thanks for running the game, Damfino, and thanks for the graphics, JuryDuty! |

Unlike the Amazing Race game, the Survivor game WILL return in September with Gen X vs. Millennials. (Will the spring season be Baby Boomers vs. Gen Y?) It makes me feel old realizing that Generation X is now considered the establishment. |
