Surprised that Better Call Saul only got one nomination. Odenkirk did good but I don't see him winning.

It's not a bad show, once you get by the horrible pilot (which is a lot of exposition). I don't know if it's Best Series worthy, but it's watchable.

I stuck it out through the first season, you're not missing much.

Starz promotion did an excellent job getting their series out for viewing. A guest pass to their streaming site in late October, before the crush. The streaming site worked for people that use adblock and noscript (unlike HBO). Letting nonimating members see your shows means a lot.

I think Outlander was fantastic.

Happens everytime when it comes to awards. I just never gravitate towards shows that would be nominated, and I watch a lot of shows.

Of the shows with nominees I have only seen:

Better Call Saul - fantastic follow-up to Breaking Bad
Game of Thrones - epic, but I think people are starting to take it for granted
Silicon Valley - decently amusing but overrated IMO
Fargo - brilliantly done, must see television

Haven't seen one of the nominated shows. I was just going to say I need to get out more, but I guess I need to stay in more.

I havent watched an original USA show since Duckman. But Mr Robot is fantastic. Easily one of the 5 best shows on TV this year.

Yeah, but that assumes that they saw it. I assume if you saw the show you would immediately recognize it isn't anything great, or even to recommend to a friend.

I wouldn't have watched it at all if I didn't get a semi for most things UK.

Agreed. It deserved more love. As did The Americans. Glad to see Fargo and American Crime included. Also, I assume The Knick aired "off-season".
