Those kids and Morgan should be dead. Now. They are worthless. Carl should have shot Ron and then pop the other kid to make sure he doesn't fuck things up in the future. That worthless piece of shit kid cries more than the actual baby on the show.
And fuck AMC for trying to make us watch Badlands to see the prologue for the mid season premiere

That was something of a jerkaround. If they hold true to the GN, then the start of the second half of the season will have the slaughter everyone wants.
Ahh...Negan hint in the prologue bit!

can't believe they let Morgan go through to the 2nd half of this season. I was hoping Carol would finish him ... his pacifism doesn't belong in a zombie apocalypse

Lots of characters need to look at the pretty flowers. Morgan, Ron, the whiny kid, father what's his name, who says he'll be brave this time..

Not awful, but yeah pretty thin plot-wise for a mid-season finale.
Nice to see Rick remember that thing he did on like day two of his zombie apocalypse adventure that works pretty amazingly well. I am still waiting to see him remember how useful a bicycle could be like he did on day one of his zombie apocalypse adventure.

Following the structure of season 6, we won't find out what happens with Rick and the gang for four more episodes.

Absolute shit.
I suspected as much when, not 1, not 2, not even 3, but FOUR people fell down while they were running away. Argh!
And Morgan... Yeah.
...Tiptoe through the tulips...

Pretty disappointing; they really should have let the story run a bit longer and ended with
which would have made the episode worthwhile and ended on a great cliffhanger.
This would have been awesome... (Spoilery image from the comic follows)

I didn't get a chance to look up the spoiler you mentioned in the last thread, I assumed they didn't happen and it was assumed to be similar to the comics given the picture you posted?
Disappointing mid-season finale, and especially surprised they didn't do a bigger cliff hanger or hook for the viewers. Characters just being dumb, hated that Carl defended the other kid and thought the Carol/Morgan beef was silly.
On the bright side, I liked seeing the Invincible toys at the beginning!

Pretty weak mid-season episode. Nothing big happened to get people excited for the last 8 episodes.
The Carol and Morgan fight was just stupid.
Deanna dying...meh. I when she apparently opted to get eaten alive than take a bullet to end it quickly.

Morgan is an idiot. Cool that they finally remembered that they can use zombie guts to hide.
