Homeland (S5E05) - "Better Call Saul" - 11/1/15
The hacktivists rise up; Quinn covers for Carrie; Dar and Allison assess the damage.

If we had actually seen the Carrie/Saul conversation instead of just her picking him up this might have been a decent episode.
I could not care any less about the hackers.
at Quinn being able to move around like that, and apparently finding a cinder block right next to the water, in his condition

I think the russians dont really care about Carrie. She was being used as a scapegoat by the double agent lady. Now Saul is the new scapegoat.
To be honest, none of this really makes sense or fits together right now. Maybe it'll become more clear in the next couple of episodes.

I do not want to see Quinn lying around in agony. I want to see him out there doing what he does best. And I REALLY want Saul to figure it out SOON.

Yeah, I've been bored & confused this whole season. I not only don't really know what's going on, I don't care. I think I'm out.

I suspect Saul and Dar are onto Allison and are just playing along to gather more info. She's tried to cause friction between the two before - so there's precedent set.
I'm also not fully understanding the stuff going on this season, and I'm only watching as an obligation. It's pretty dull and isn't doing anything for me.

Dopey illogical stuff aside - I am enjoying this season so far.
I like the change in locale. Sure, Carrie still cries every ep, Saul furrows his brow, Dar spews angrily, Quinn is a killing machine. But I'm liking it...
