Haven't watched this one yet. How was it? Did it keep up the great streak of the first two episodes this season....

Excellent episode, great tension throughout. Loved the standoff between Lou and Mike and the Kitchen brothers.
I also dig seeing Jeffrey Donovan (Dodd) as a villain. Fresh take since I only know him as Michael Westen from Burn Notice.

Is this the best show ever on TV? I'd say Breaking Bad up until now...but sonofabitch if these first three don't knock your socks off.

Wow. That was one awesome hour of television. Just breathtaking. So much depth and detail in every scene and snippet of dialogue. I actually found myself moving forward in my chair and watching not as TV but as if I had just spent $12 to see a movie in a theater. Even the subplot with the car which has a chance to come across as silly is note perfect.
Best line: "Am I the only one that understands the concept of law enforcement?"
As good as Breaking Bad was am I not sure it had 3 consecutive 10/10 episodes. Fargo has.

Did Noah Hawley direct and write this third episode too? That dude is going to be able to write his own ticket in Hollywood once he's done with Fargo. I'm just hoping we get a third season with him on board before he bolts for bigger and better things.
This show is amazing.

While I love this show so much, I'm still keeping Breaking Bad up there for now. But man, this is moving up to meet it in TV greatness.
Such an intense hour of television the whole way through.

Oh goddamnit, are yall really going to do this to Fargo as well? This is what nearly ruined Breaking Bad for me. The excessive, hyperbolic, exceedingly annoying "OMG GREATEST SHOW EVER!!!11!!!" comments. The non stop love fest.
We know it's a good show. Try to contribute something else now. Talk about the episode itself maybe?
Just please no more circle jerks over Fargo.

^this, just replace BB with Fargo.

Nothing new to add here. This is just all around phenomenal. Everything about it is just so damn good. I think Banshee might be the most entertaining show on TV right now...but this is probably the best overall.

On the episode itself, loved the way they ratcheted up the tension, while still having humor and that Coenesque oddness pervade through the scenes. The local cop was terrific, the little scene where the wife deduces what happens with the car and the terror it creates, even just the little bit with Dodd and his daughter added a lot of texture to the Gearhardts, the two standoffs with Lou were awesome, the typewriter salesman unable to give a straight answer even when faced with death.
Sorry it was plain awesome,

Enjoyed it as well. It definitely has a cinematic quality to it.

I actually didn't even recognize Keir O'Donnell. When I saw his name in the end credits, I still wasn't sure what character he played. I had to go back and look. For the record, his character. Ben Schmidt, was in the first season as well.

I think this show is doing a really nice job of capturing the era.

Someone totally needs to create a prog-rock group called "Mike Milligan and the Kitchen Brothers".

Interesting. I loved Season 1 but 3 episodes in, I think Season 2 is better by leaps and bounds. Freeman and Thorton were great.

I didn't like the third episode as much as the first two. I see Hawley didn't write or direct this third one, although my DVR cut off literally 3 seconds after the last scene.
Still very, very good television.

Really, really enjoyed this episode. Love where it's going. Patrick Wilson is great, hell everyone is great.
That was a fairly awful way to die. They're getting pretty creative with the corpse disposal so far.
Little Molly is SO damn cute!
