Watched it and was annoyed that I couldn't place Melora Hardin. I knew the voice, and recognized the nose, but the short hair threw me.
Kind of an annoying episode. Was glad to see Ben kick some ass (if only briefly) when they ganged up on him. Likewise with Maggie and the new girl.

I liked the episode but it does seem to be going in a different direction than the main plot.
