Outside Television
Recently I discovered the Outside Channel on Dish. I was wondering if it is an entirely new channel, or has Dish just got it recently. I love all the travel shows on it.

The independent cable channel Outside Television has set a carriage pact with Dish Network...Deal calls for Dish to make the channel available as a free preview to its broad base of 14 million subscribers through May 6. After that, Outdoor will be added to Dish’s Multi-Sport Pack tier.
The package of about 35 sports channels offers more limited distribution than if Outside was included as part of Dish’s general entertainment offerings. But the deal is nonetheless a milestone for the channel that launched in 2010 as a partnership between Santa Fe, N.M.-based Outside magazine and Outside Television CEO Mark Burchill.
