How is this new version of Ducktales? It seems critics like it and it’s bringing the Disney Afternoon shows’ characters. I haven’t watched the new show.

I think it's great. The designs take some getting used to but they gave Huey, Dewey, and Louie and especially Webby a lot more character, and there are a lot of underlying and interconnecting plot lines.

I don’t have Disney XD and not buying discs/digital any longer. Maybe when Disney+ comes, it will have it on the service.

I decided to bail on it after a few eps. Didn't like that the kids didn't retain the iconic "duck voice" effect among some other things.

However, my daughter still watches it and loves it. She also loves the original version too.
