Knowing that Elizabeth has her own plans for Paige's being "reborn," amusing to watch her reaction to Paige's plans to be baptized.

Always fun to see misdirection applied in preview teasers. The previous ep.'s sneak peek hinted at Philip & Liz's plans for the CIA guy's daughter, and the "She set us up" line made it seem like their plan backfired. Instead, we see that it was a reference to Paige's announcements.

The question now is how far Phillip's conscience will allow him to go...especially knowing that the target is close to Paige's age. Don't know that Elizabeth would have second thoughts if the situation were reversed.

Ya gotta love Stan's logic. He spent the majority of last season knee deep in Nina. Now that his wife has left him and is shacking up with another dude hes faithful.

Stan just can't win.

Phillip into creepy territory.

Loved the details about the MD/DC drinking age distinction. That was a big deal at the time.

Philip probably believes an old Russian proverb, loosely translated:

old enough to walk to the store, old enough to get meat.

Elizabeth : "I thought we were getting her a necklace for her birthday!" My wife does that same shit when I buy my kids a little present for fun.

Yes, well, he had a little help. I enjoy the cultural references on this show and at least they are doing their homework.

One of the great strengths of the show, the period accuracy. I just want to go to whatever school they did to learn how to seduce any one at any time.

I have some ideas on where things may be going with Paige's character. It will be interesting to see how Philip handles that teen girl and how that affects Paige's eventual development into a spy. Since this is an ongoing series Paige almost has to "turn" at some point.

I thought the music was bang on for many scenes, Stan searching the washroom and the 18 year old trying to get Philip to like her.

Great episode, really love this show.

One detail I missed about Elizabeth's sponsor from AA, why are they targeting her? I remember her saying she works on an assembly line, must be somewhere important?
