Ever live close to a (TV or Film)Actor or Actress?
Growing up-I had a actor live about 5 blocks away who was both in tv and in movies. Trivia Questions:
He played the lead in Sheriff of Cochise(tv series).
He was in the second Creature of the Black Lagoon movie(Creature's Revenge).

I used to carpool to school with Brian Keith and his two kids. Really. He mumbled all the time in the car and I wondered why I could understand him so easily on Family Affair which was in syndication at the time.

I'm not sure of the exact location of the house, but I've been told that I lived down the street from Jim Varney (of Earnest fame) before his death in 2000.

I went to high school with the fat kid from The Wonder Years. He even gave me a lift home once.
When I was at UCLA, my friends lived next door to Urkel.
I think that's about it.

I was friends in high school with Suli McCullough, who has some screen credits (I guess the biggest was The Jamie Foxx Show and Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood) and has done a lot of screenwriting including for the Tonight Show and the head writer for the ESPYs. It was pretty weird to watch Terminal Velocity and see him as the sidekick.
I currently live down the street from the local meteorologist, who I'd seen many times on the news before I knew she was a neighborhood. I'm also elementary-school-parent friends with another, higher-profile local meteorologist.

Only in Seattle do you have a hierarchy of local meteorologist fame.

My sister's neighbor is Conor O'Farrell. He played the CSI undersheriff who killed Warrick Brown, among a lot of others.
Joe Spano (NCIS) used to live nearby, as well.

That's cool. Always liked him. He seemed like he would have been a nice guy. Is that impression correct?

He was doing a sitcom in Honolulu about a pediatrician in Hawaii. Since my dad was his kids' doctor, I liked to think he had a little input on the show. He got my sister a gig as an extra in the waiting room. I was too hyper in the casting room, high on a sugar rush, or I would have got in on that as well

My friend and neighbor Brad was in Home Alone........dressed in a wig as Buzz's girlfriend in the picture Kevin finds in his room. The cool thing was that he shot that the day John Candy was on set and he still has a pic of the two of them in his living room.

Yeah, he was nice. Very shy though -- not at all outgoing the way you imagine a movie/tv star to be. Threw his son a hell of a birthday party though

Martin Sheen reportedly lived down the street from us while making a film (The Believers, maybe) here in the mids-'80s, but I never saw him.

We run into Chris "Star Lord" Pratt when he is in town. His side of the family still lives close so we see him and Anna around a lot, including when he picks up niece and nephew from daycare at a friend's house. Real cool people.
Seriously, we really did watch GotG at the theater and asked ourselves where have we seen that "Star Lord" guy before? Not really a guy we noticed as an actor before that movie.
