First really quality episode in a while.

With the marines gone Quinn's going to have to morph into Jack Bauer.

Sucks we have to wait 2 weeks.

Just shoot Denis now.

What a dip shit, what did he think they wanted the information for if it wasn't to invade the compound.

Yeah, great episode. Another short one though. Clocked in at just over 45 minutes by my clock.

For a second there I thought Lockhart was gonna go Jack Bauer and rescue Carrie and Saul himself.

I like Saul more every episode. Always have, been loved when he just sat down, like NO WAY, when he saw those 5 guys in orange jumpsuits. Not sure I buy him getting up because the kid would die, but we can't have the show without Saul, so that's OK.

I love that the secret tunnel into the Embassy is secured only by a lock, and that there are zero cameras in it.

Love that.

If its secret it needs to look normal. The embassy side is supposed to be full of marines, of course.

This season is probably the best since the first. And it can be even better.

2 episodes in a row without Fara is unforgivable

Went into 24 hour territory in a big way, but it was still enjoyable.

Yes, that was funny. And as mentioned, Denis is too stupid to figure out why they wanted to know about the tunnel.

And would Haqqani really be leading the way? Isn't he a little too important for this type of work? He's so hands-on that he couldn't even trust anyone else to cut the lock.

They've given Carrie way too much responsibility in this show. She's involved in everything - including prisoner exchanges... especially considering how unbalanced she is and all her past discretions.

i found it weird that everyone, lockhart, redmond, and the ambassador, believed carrie about Denis being a possible mole and had the sting operation underway so quickly without having a scene of her trying to convince them of that. it's like, at the end of previous episode she gets told this little bit of info on denis, and then right away in this episode the sting is on, no questions asked.

Being the CIA, they quickly check everything. I think they mentioned, they found out the timestamp when the documents were downloaded from the computer. It's easier to figure out it was him. That, of course, doesn't explain why they didn't find out earlier.

And also, his wife was already super suspicious about him with the way he suddenly wanted to stay.

I was thinking the same thing. Just as they showed them walking down the tunnel I expected the picture to shrink down into a tiny frame with that wooshing sound then go all split screen to show the action from different locations. Where's Jack when you need him?

Another tense great episode. Really loving this season.

Finishing strong, I almost bailed mid way through this season, but very pleased with how this season is finishing. This ep could have been from Season 1, good quality!

I watched this live followed by The Walking Dead, after on delay, via my TiVo.

I was on the edge of my seat for most of Homeland. WD seemed noticeably pretty slow by comparison...
