Thank goodness there are only 5 more after this. I hate to say it but I can't wait for this to end. I have stuck with it to this point so I will finish it but this show has become a chore to watch.
I will also never watch another show with Katie Segal in it ever again.

Kurt Sutter is directing the SOA series finale, which is shooting now, and had to drop out temporarily due to appendicitis. Paris Barclay is directing while he's out. If Sutter is directing, guaranteed its 105 minutes or longer.
no way he goes out on a hard 1 hour finale.

"I love you" has apparently overtaken "Jesus Christ" as the go to Sutter dialogue.
This show has become comedy gold. There were about 3 or 4 times where I couldn't help but burst out laughing.
- "How could I not see this coming? I'm out of my depth here...Marks is smarter than me." Maybe he didn't see it coming because a potted plant can out think Jax at this point.
- "They killed my birds" Apparently that, and not the 'no son is safe' was the disturbing takeaway for Gemma.
- Zombie Jax (hat tip to creekdipper for the name) is awesome. The "do you?" when Gemma asked if he knew what an accident was, was fantastic.
- I can't stand when one character recites the resume of some new character to quickly build someone up as a bad ass or an expert (pet peeve of mine), but it was hilarious when Tig doubled down on it with "Shit, that's a serious resume"
On a semi-serious plot note - was Jury lying out of his ass to save himself or is he really not the rat? And was the JT stuff just him trying to stir things up or is Sutter going to resurrect that - I thought that was pretty definitively on Clay? And how does Jax kill the president of another charter without a club vote? And then just leave him there with the VP? That whole storyline was a mess and I can no longer tell if it is intentional and there is more to it in the future, or if it's just shitty writing (or both)

What was Juice doing at the end of the show in his cell. Looked like he was playing with poop, but I doubt that happen.

So Jury's kid's mom and step-dad are werewolves? It felt like we got a mini True Blood crossover there.

Man, if Sutter's intent is for us to hate Jax & crew (and especially his family) and wants us to want to see them die miserable deaths, then he's doing a great job!

I don't think they were ever meant to be heroes. I think the show was always meant to end with the Sons going down in flames. The amount of blood on their hands is way to high to go unpunished. Most of these guys should end up dead or in jail.

Well, of course I know they're not meant to be heroes, but I also don't think they were meant to be so hateable either.

Every week I stupidly think, now the show's going to turn a corner and something awesome is going to happen that makes me like this show again. But, uh, no...
I hated Jax just killing that Prez whose son he murdered. I hated Gemma crying over her poor birds. Yes, it's SO sad, yet how many people are dead because she murdered Tara and made up a lie about it? And Jax continues to be the absolute worst leader of any kind ever. Hate to see the show go out like this.

I'll bet the mortgage that this somehow ends with a flash-forward scene with a teenaged Abel putting on a SOA patch. ugh.

I have a bad feeling chibbs and jax are gonna have a showdown and chibbs ain't coming out of that one alive. Chibbs, Nero, and Happy are the only ones i'd root for now.

90 more mins of nothing. My gf fell asleep and I told her in about 10 seconds what she missed.
I laughed also when Gemma is all they killed my bird. Bitch please.
At least there was an awesome Justified commercial.

What are the odds of this happening:
*Jury proven not to have ratted to the Chinese*
Jax: I'm sorry guys I f'd up again.
Rest of SoA: It's ok, brotha, we got yo' back. Hey, whens the next body part due?
Like 99%? I went from liking this show to just hoping for a total scorched earth ending, where Charming is basically wiped from the map and everyone dies.
