This season is so much better then the last season, as getting rid of Brody was the best thing. I am not shocked by Carrie's motives anymore after watching this show all these years!

And Quinn is the best character on this show.

But it was a good episode. Lots of intrigue and I liked Fara being outside as an operative. Quinn has finally gotten his head out of his ass.

After she started making out with Ayan, it went to credits.

Ok not that Carrie is ugly but they are acting like Ayan thinks she is hotter than Fara.

Wish Carrie would use her brain more like in season 1 than her snatch.

^^ it's not Ayan. Fara's seduction methods are like flag football to Carrie's full-contact.

haha...that made me laugh...probably true...Fara is NOT going there.

It would have been more interesting to see Carrie have to talk Fara into sleeping with the kid. Show how manipulative she can be even to her own people.

Carrie is like a female Jack Bauer relentless and willing to do whatever it takes but instead of kneecapping to get info she'll use her body or blackmail someone.

That new girl who was pressuring the ambassador's husband, it seems like she's being set up to be a nemesis for Carrie, her equal working for the other side.

I was getting drawn into this show again and then that ending happened. Ugh. Y U so Cray Cray, Carrie?

So Fara's tailing someone who knows what she looks like, while she's wearing a head-scarf (twice, even) and she doesn't think to cover her face at all? The extras around her with hijabs had covered faces, and they're not even spys. It's dumb shit like this that takes me right out.

And Carrie's sluttery was awkward as hell.

Edit: I did love how the supposed dead guy ostentatiously just shows himself on a crowded street with bodyguards when this years premise is people capturing shit on their cell phones.

Carrie is really nothing like Jack Bauer. Jack was always pretty self-less always doing what was best for his country (just don't fuck with his family), but Carrie is as selfish as they come, and a complete sociopath.

I was thinking the same thing, but I was only going to get annoyed if she blew her cover. Luckily the writing wasn't that bad.

^ Had the same thoughts here. Virtually everyone other woman we saw in the market around Fara had their faces half covered. Minor quibble though - thought it was a good episode.

Yeah, that was just...gross. I really had hopes for this "rebooted" season but so far it just ain't working for me.

I think these season has been a real return to form. Not as good as season 1, but certainly far superior to seasons 2 and 3 when they dragged the Brody story out way past its welcome. I mean no bratty teenagers, at the very least, is a very good thing. The plotting has been tight so far and the production is on point.

The ending was gross, but that's Carrie, she uses sex to manipulate people.

How many young Pakistani males get a chance to lose their virginity to a relatively young blonde white woman? I don't think Ayan could resist Carrie's seduction tactics.

wait till he finds out that she's the one who killed his family.... and is a single mother.
