Have to eat my words and admit this show has improved. Hope they can keep up the pace and not bother with too much filler just to pad the season.

Fitz found a new buddy that is built like the rock. Gay fan fic incoming. I liked the episode, nice continuation of last weeks episode. Lawless and the other guys seem really dead but comics.
I wish I didn't watch the previews but it looked interesting.

Hopefully Creel isn't truly dead. It seems like the've set him up for a return later in the season.
I'd like to see more villains like that on the show - and maybe even a "C" level hero or two.
But as for tonight's episode, it was another good, entertaining episode.

yeah, I'm glad I stuck it out through the bad that was season 1 up until Cap2, because this is some quality stuff now. I do wish Lawless would have survived at least a few episodes though.

The CG on those jets at the end looked kind of crappy.
Another good episode, glad they're keeping things moving along. No reason to think Creel is dead given that Coulson hands him over to Talbott at the end pretty much saying to do a better job holding him. My only fear is they stick on this artifact thing for too long, as I hope they figure it out in the first half of the season instead of it dragging out for a long time.

I think Lawless will be back in a flashback. Looking forward to see how the artifact and Coulson/Garrett connection works and why Skye doesn't see the symbols yet.

I thought it was a great episode. It was a good conclusion to the premiere. The previews for next week sort of made me cringe though.

Another good episode. My only complaint (a small one) was that Fitz seems to be being brought back to "reality" a little quickly. I thought they might make it a more gradual process. Not sure where the Simmons thing is going either. Hydra traitor? Out of character. Double-agent? It's been done to death already.
I am enjoying the cosmic aspect to the show, and how it's going to fit in with the rest of the MCU continuity. I doubt the obelisk is an infinity gem. Maybe it's the ultimate nullifier?

That was my thought as well, since they're really playing into the Inhuman/Kree genetic relationship. Coulson and Garrett go crazy after infused with Kree blood and see symbols. No effect on Skye who may or may not be an Inhuman like Raina. Raina unaffected by artifact, which may have arrived on Earth at same time as Kree alien for all we know.

They have a second device which can cloak now? Did Fitz finally figure it out? Liked this episode, the Absorbing Man effects are a big step up from last year, they must've switched FX houses or something. MacLachlan will make a wonderfully creepy big bad for this season. Looks like the plot line for next week will prove interesting, judging by the preview. The WS tie-in really helped this show find its feet, it was from an aimlessly wandering X-Files-style supernatural investigators type thing to the tone of WS, a sort of sci-fi bent spy series.

Good 2nd episode - I am really liking the rag tag Shield vs. the boring 'protocol' big gov agency. It gives it a more avengers feel.
I agree that they should keep the momentum moving on the artifact and not just drag it out or drop it for a few shows and then bring it back up.
I hope they keep the Fitz story line going.. kind of like quantum leap where only he can see her and they are working together within the story

The show has a very slight A-Team kinda feel to it for me. Rag tag group of outlaws who used to serve their country.. lumped in with others for a crime they didn't commit. Now being hunted by the Army.
However, they got way better toys...so no need to build something from scratch each ep.
