Burned through S1 of the The Almighty Johnsons already. Obviously quite different from Norsemen, but I'm really enjoying it.

It was a rainy day today so I decided to start watching Killing Eve on Hulu. It was so good that I binged all eight episodes in an afternoon. Fantastic first season! Looking forward to the next season.

I admit I cringed a bit at some of the cruder humor regarding bodily functions - never been my favorite type of jokes; however, I did like the characters and actors and a lot of the other viking jokes. And it is short enough that it really never overstays its welcome on any of the jokes so that's probably for the best.

Just finished the always enjoyable Battlestar Galactica and annual tradition in my house.

Also binge watched episodes 1-5 of Sally4eva an irreverent British comedy. Highly recommend checking it out if you like British comedies.

Working through season 1 of Victoria. Can't believe I waited so long to start--I really liked Jenna Coleman in Doctor Who and she is great in this.

Enrico Colantoni was awesome back on Just Shoot Me, he was pretty good on Veronica Mars, and he was honestly my favorite part by a country mile on Person of Interest.

I think I tried flashpoint awhile back if it's the show I'm thinking of and didn't care for the first episode. Maybe I'll go back and try a few more to see if it sticks.

Such an underrated actor.

Finally got caught up on S3 and 4 since 5 is coming out soon.
I can see why I just couldn't get the energy up to watch before now. Love S1 and always though 2 was pretty good, but I found 3 and 4 to be kind of a slot and fairly uninteresting. Hardly surprising since the only thing for me that made this show a must-watch in S1 was the Alice Morgan character. S3 her character is a deus ex machina type and she displays traits that don't seem to be in keeping with her very intelligent sociopathic character in S1.

I guess I'm glad Idris Elba finds the time to do smaller series like this still, but I wish I were more enthusiastic for S5.
