Last Show You Binged?

Cobra Kai. Loved every trope-ridden, nostalgia-drenched minute of it. Counting the days (hours?) until season 2.
Zabka should get an Emmy for this, at the very least.

Just finished the 5th and final season of Person of Interest. Good show, I wish I had watched it when it was originally airing.

12 Monkeys - I watched a lot of 12 Monkeys over the weekend and finished off the last 2-3 episodes of season 3 and I believe I am working on episode 4 of season 4.
The show can be exhausting to watch but I already know that I will miss many of the characters when the show wraps up its final episode.

I really really liked this show. I wouldn't mind a resurgence of this kind of limited series versus a whole multi-season show. Certainly wouldn't mind the occasional western either - so few of them now that the ones that do make it to production seem to be higher quality than every before.

Re: Last Show You Binged?
I finished Justified Season Two last week. I'm loving it.
I just finished Doc Martin Series 6. The show is leaving Netflix on July 1st and I finished all the remaining episodes on Netflix. It looks like I'll have to subscribe to Acorn TV to watch Series 7 and 8.
I have also watched the first two episodes of Glow season two and episode six and seven of Love season three. I'm trying to not binge these since season three is the final season of Love and it will be a long wait until a new season of Glow.

About a boy Season 1 - Show is pretty cliche, decent chemistry with the characters, and I think this show confirms that Minnie Driver just isn't that good an actress. Sorta cute show and fairly easy to get through so I will probably watch season 2 as well. Just needed a break between all the dramas lately

Re: Last Show You Binged?
I guess this is more "last shows" I watched. Kinda been all over the place:
Quantum Leap: Season 5 - We finished this one a few weeks back. Fun final season with a ton of experimenting with the formula. It's a shame we never got a season 6 to see what Bellasarius would have done to expand the mythos. Getting to see more of the Project Quantum Leap grounds was good. My favorite (outside the finale) is probably Bloodlines where Sam leaps back to the Civil War. I have always loved the finale and I still get emotional during that one.
Black-ish - Man, how did I miss this show all these years. Great family fun. First half of season one was very good, but by the second half of the season the writers were in a groove and the cast had settled into their roles, it hit another level. Can't recommend this one enough.
The Grinder - Watched the first three of these last night because it was mentioned in the "recommend me a comedy" thread. Man, another solid one. The premise is just zany enough to work and Rob Lowe pulls off the part perfectly. Fred Savage also does a great job playing the straight man to Lowe's wacky brother. Already bummed to see it's a one season show.
Community - Watched the first four episodes of season one today. I haven't seen them in years. The cast really nailed it from the pilot. Harmon really nailed the writing from the get-go. I'm looking forward to going through this one again... well the first three seasons anyway.
Scrubs - Burned through a half dozen of these in the last few days as well. Late season one. Like Community, the cast and writers nailed it from the start. Just the perfect blend of comedy and heart. It succeeds with lots of little sentimental moments without devolving into sappy mess.
Freaks & Geeks - Watched the first three episodes with my 14 year old daughter (headed to H.S. in the Fall). We've enjoyed it but may press pause on the rest. Some of it still might be beyond her years.

Finished season 1 on Goliath on Amazon. Great show, lots of twists and turns that you'll never see coming.
Interesting to see Billy Bob Thorton and Dwight Yoakam together in this season. Dwight was cast as a lead character in Thorton's "Sling Blade". Fantastic actors.
