Just curious, are you on a re-watch or did you not follow the show when it aired and are catching up now? It's a lot TV for a re-watch.

When you get to the final season, which aired during the start of the pandemic, production shut down more than halfway through and there was a 7 month gap between episodes. You might notice that things are somewhat "off" because they filmed under strict Covid protocols.

^I never watched it when it was airing, so this is my first watch. I started several months ago. It's an easy show to binge so I get through a couple of seasons a month. You're right that it's a lot of TV, but I am enjoying it very much so I could imagine doing a rewatch some day.

American Rust: Broken Justice. Jeff Daniels and Maura Tierney are always worth watching. The plot this season is a bit more fragmented, the characters more morally compromised than I would prefer, and the ending a bit abrupt and unsatisfying. But still an interesting watch.
