The Witcher - Heard some mixed reviews but greatly enjoyed it, though such a short season.

Man in the High Castle-late to the game, started season 1 last month. Just finished. I get the hype now.

Hunters-Intermingled with high castle to give myself a break from all the Nazi stuff. Oh wait...

Hip-Hop Evolution - I just finished up the first episode of season 3. Easily my favorite music documentary of all time. So much info packed in these episodes.

Re: Last Show You Binged?

Got through Dexter: Season Four over the course of two days. While I had heard it might've been the best season, I still kind of prefer the first two. That said, this was pretty great, and John Lithgow was excellent as the villain. While I had seen him play slimy characters (and excellently, I should add) in some Brian De Palma films, I still have trouble disconnecting from seeing him as the father in that sitcom of his and the movie, Harry and the Hendersons. Just hearing him shout the word c**t several times was jarring. The plot did get a little over-the-top (you could say that about the entire series, actually), that's just something you have to accept when watching the series. Loved the devastating ending...

Started Season Five but was really disappointed in the first five episodes...Disc Two picks up, and I'm starting to like it a bit more...Hope it finishes on a high-note...

Also have to confess to binging the first two seasons of Home Improvement for like the twentieth time (being stuck self-isolating in the house because of the virus gives you lots of free time; plus, having a slight fever can keep you up at night so it's not unusual to watch an entire season in a row in one sitting)...Just a classic show from when I was a kid and it never seems to get old for me. To me, this is a great family sitcom that appeals to adults as well as children. Love the interaction between Tim and Al, and Patricia Richardson is simply perfect as Jill...the kids are also all pretty solid until around the fifth season, when they get progressively annoying as their egos seemed to grow and their characters were given ridiculous storylines at times...

After this season of Dexter, I hope to finally start and finish Season One of Battlestar Galactica. I watched that three or four hour opening movie twice now but never followed up with the actual series. Hopefully this changes now that I have some additional free time...

I’m ABOUT to go on another TPB binge, such binges, for me, edging into double-digit territory, but times call for it ....

Maybe go whole hog, and start with the B/W short in which Ricky and Julian are ‘pet assassins’!

Re: Last Show You Binged?

Dexter: Season Five. Kind of sucked...way worse than the previous several seasons. Stiles was just plain bad and Dexter seemed off-character...Just really felt this one was lacking...Oh well...I had heard that the show got worse in its latter seasons (like most shows)...Just didn't expect such a major drop-off...

McMillions
Started last night and finished up this morning. Was surprised at how they pulled off the scam at the end. Really good Doc series but it felt like this should've been one movie instead of stretching out.

FBI Most Wanted on CBS. Started with episode 3 today and I'm now on 6. Trying to get caught up for the crossover episode that aired last week with the original FBI series.

It's good, but not as good as the original series.

Yeah, I'm enjoying it. I was surprised, though, to see that seasons 4, 5, and 6 are each 20 episodes.

Wow, what a marathon I had tonight.

7 1/2 straight hours of FBI and FBI Most Wanted. 10 episodes between both shows. Just finished at 1:50am PT.

Re: Last Show You Binged?

Started watching Luther last night. Got through 3 episodes so far. It has a very Killing Eve feel with the red head killer and his relationship (so far at least).
