Synopsis:

Art-class-hating Bart creates a voodoo doll of his art teacher, and when she becomes pregnant from the spell cast on her, the student becomes a hero to Springfield couples trying to conceive. Unfortunately, this spurs kidnappers to snatch Bart in an effort to conceive a thoroughbred racehorse.

I thought there were some funny moments in this episode and that it was a decent Bart episode. I liked the haha insurance bit that Bart and Nelson sold to the couple in case the voodoo didn't work. Also liked when Marge needed a new spatuala and asked Homer to get a new one and he asked Flanders if they could borrow his and Flanders said the one they lost was his and Homer upset that Flanders didn't buy a replacement The Duffman bit at the end with the new Duff seven pack was funny too. The couch intro Inside Homer was weird but I kind of liked it.

What a bizarre episode. Fat Tony forces Bart to use voodoo to get a horse pregnant?

The first act was pretty decent but that final act was totally bizarre and out there. It wasn't funny in the slightest.

Looks like they are taking a family guy approach to the show - 10 minute story on one thing, then jump to a 2 minute bit on something else, then another 10 minute story.
