This was really good. Might be my favorite of the season. Phillip seems to be close to a breaking point. Some soul searching maybe. I do like how the show let's you think Phillip and Elizabeth are completely broken only to have it end up being part of their continued plan. Like Elizabeth being in therapy only to be another plan in their mission.
I still can't stop laughing at that taped recording comments about Martha. Poor Martha
Thought something bad was going to happen with that pastor guy. That was pretty intense scene.
Also lol at Stan's wife telling him she was going to get her back blown out and Stan just letting it happen.

Good episode.
They did a great job with Phillip in this episode. I wasn't buying it and he totally sold it to me. That was really great acting.

Great episode.
Did anybody else notice that Oliver North had a partial writing credit for this episode?

I don't have a problem with him exploiting his role in history here. It certainly makes for great entertainment.
Oh, and poor Martha
I had to laugh at how "Clark" just left her sitting there again.

Nice catch on Oliver. That's hilarious.

Yeah, I caught it right away. It showed as they entered the Contra training facility.
Good episode, but kind of depressing start-to-finish. I need this show to be a little more fun or a little more sexy. Last night's episode was kind of a drag.

LOVED it. Great when they yell at their kids about telling the truth. This show just keeps getting better for me. Yeah, it's a downer, but it explores some great issues. I wonder what will come of John Boy's meeting? Hope he keeps his job.

Obtaining proof that the CIA was training contra rebels in the US to fight against the Nicaraguan government. Seemed like a very inelegant means to that end though.

Kinda what I thought, but inelegant is right. Not sure how they expected to get a smoking gun from what they did.

I was a little confused as to what happened to that septic truck driver, tied to the tree. Was he supposed to have died from exposure to the elements (in some sort of FX-mandated Fargo cross-promotion perhaps), or are we to assume that someone came by and killed him for some reason?

Dying from exposure was a much crueler way to go and Philip knew that. Even when he tries to do the "right" thing, the person suffers. He probably regrets not letting Elizabeth just shoot him.
Did anyone else think that Philip was going in to murder that Pastor? There were a lot of cues to suggest menace.
