This was one of the weakest eps of the entire series for me. And I also hope they don't backslide with Amy and Sheldon. They need to have them bone and then go just absolutely crazy for sex.

It would be hilarious. And I don't know much, but I think Amy's definition of making out is loosely defined, lol. So Sheldon gets what he wants AGAIN, and Leonard has wasted three digits worth of money. Yeah, so funny. Some good zingers, though the Raj is pathetic stuff is wearing thin.

When I saw the title, I was hoping it meant that Leonard was sitting at a different lunch table and starting the process of leaving Sheldon behind. Sheldon is pretty much at Urkle level of annoyingness now, and the less he is in a central storyline, the better. But the same can be said for Raj's whining about not having a girlfriend.

Even for the kiss they had to do some awkward writing just to make it somewhat believable. I can't imagine what they're going to have to do to get Sheldon to agree to intercourse.

I believe that's the first time they mentioned the unused space in the apartment. I always find it odd when shows have a room on the set that's clearly visible but is never used.
And Raj is bummed because he has to go back to sitting on the floor. Seriously? All these geniuses in the room and after all these years no one has thought of Raj using one of the computer chairs to sit on?
And letting Sheldon get his way again is lame. They could've just continued to use the dining table and eventually Sheldon would give in and sit with them (allowing Amy to come along as well). Of course we knew it wasn't going to happen since they aren't going to have any of the characters facing away from the camera.

I loved it when Leonard used simple logic to win his argument with Sheldon on why keeping the dinning room table is a good thing. I flinched when sheldon got his way again! Wolowitz's segment was pointless and it seemed like the writers ran out of ideas in finding a parallel story to the main one. It would of been daring if the whole episode was about the dinning table.

[QUOTE=SpanishTechno;12028689]I'm going to be annoyed if and when they finally do it because I feel like Sheldon has been written as asexual from early in the show and I don't buy that he would ever grow to enjoy sex. It just completely flies in the face of his character.
Yeah, they have written him as asexual or at least so socially dysfunctional that he convinced himself early on that he was above it all but if you remember the very first ep, he was clearly interested in Penny but just didn't think either of them stood a chance.
On the other hand, I've never met any guy who hated a blow job. I'm pretty sure that would take a pretty good shot at curing his disinterest and having the rest of the gang freaking out at Shamy going at it on every horizontal surface could be hilarious.

PLEASE don't get me wrong here, folks. I adore this show.
I just think the writers are quickly running out of ideas and it's showing. Markedly. Think about it. Compared to the first few seasons in which nearly episode had at least a handful of genuine guffaws, these past couple have had to really struggle.
Time to put it to rest before it really jumps the proverbial shark. Preserve it's comedy legacy. Just my opinion.

Sheldon got his way. Raj was pathetic and they re-hased Wolowitz going to space. *yawn* What a waste of an episode.
Still think it's lame as hell Amy stuck with Sheldon's asshole behavior because of a single kiss.

Remember, though, Amy was pretty much an exact duplicate of Sheldon in the beginning. Amy's repressed emotional side came out after she started hanging out with Penny and Bernadette. She was able to grow, he has resisted.
