What is the correct title? Is it Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.?
or is it just Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.?
I can't tell if the "Marvel's" is part of the title or just a marketing angle.
The title on the show has the Marvel Studio banner over Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. so it's hard to tell what the official title is.
Is their a definitive answer?

The official answer is Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Based on the Novel "Push" by Sapphire.

On the ABC website it's listed as "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" - so there's your answer.
