I'm going to keep this centered on dramas, which most of the people here prefer anyways, A lot of shows coming in 2014 and I'm sure less than half will get watched and talked about here.

Voted 24, Banshee, Vikings, The Americans, True Detective, Hannibal, Black Sails, Orphan Black, House of Cards.

I think I may pass on this season of The Following. Looking back, I didn't really care much for Season 1.

I'll probably also check out Helix (although I feel "virus" storylines are tired, I'll give it a shot due to Moore), The Red Road, Intelligence and Legends (mainly for Sean Bean).

Still need to watch Season 2 of Sherlock.

Also, never watched Chicago Fire and didn't care about Chicago PD when it was announced, but I must say the ads have me a little bit intrigued.

I'll add "Hell on Wheels", "Homeland", and "Boardwalk Empire" to that list.

One thing I'm sure of: if it's on network TV, I'll pass.

Those are coming back for the 2014-15 season.

I'm focusing on the current 2013-14 season. These are new or returning shows airing this season.

No contest.

2 of the characters on Chicago PD were introduced on Chicago Fire last season in a 4-5 episode arc. Jason Beghe (Voight) was a huge part of that arc.

Some people probably don't know, but Chicago Fire is 100% serialized. It's not the traditional Dick Wolf drama.

I read that Chicago PD will have crossover episodes with Chicago Fire and Law and Order SVU.

Looks like lots of quality TV in 2014.

While there are a lot of returning shows that I'm looking forward to, I voted "other" b/c Game of Thrones somehow didn't make the list.

I'm looking forward to True Detective, and the second seasons of House of Cards, Orphan Black, and Bates Motel.

But my excitement for the return of 24 far surpasses my excitement for anything else coming to TV in 2014.

Dallas & Chicago PD are the only ones above that I'll watch.

Off the top of my head, my top 3 would be...

1. Game of Thrones
2. Justified
3. Better Call Saul (if it does end up airing in 2014)
