Better than the previous week. The cracks about Shaw shooting someone need to stop. Ending was fantastic. Still feels too bloated for me with all the extra characters.

Better late than never.
Pretty good self contained episode. It was effective for the character interactions as opposed to the actual POI plot.
Good to see Zoe again and it was really cool to see her hang with Shaw and Carter in a very loose setting. at how uptight Shaw is.
Even though Paige Turco is on another show now, I hope we'll see Zoe again later in the season.
The ending with Root escaping from the mental hospital was pretty cool.
I'm betting by midseason we'll see Carter back as a Detective again, especially with crazy Root in the mix again.

I really enjoy the shows with Root. She's a great character. This show just keeps delivering. Sometimes I have to refresh myself to a certain recurring character as they keep adding up, but overall, it's very good.

I'm a little behind. Didn't care for the main storyline, but it was a nice excuse to get the ladies dolled up.
I'm not a huge fan of the Root character, maybe just because I don't feel Amy Acker fits the role. The scenes with the doctor just seemed off. I think the whole hospital sequences might have played better if they had maintained the possibility that she had gone bat shit crazy. I don't mean do something cheap and misleading to heavily suggest she's really hearing voices, but just leave the door open to doubt so the audience is a bit more receptive to the doctors POV while still picking up on all the dual meanings of her words during the sessions.
