I guess nobody's watching this?

Intense episode. Not sure where things go from here.

The face off at the end was great. No idea what Ray will do now.

The scenes with Sully and Mickey at the burial site were really intense.

Poor Rosanna Arquette.

And wow, Mickey actually sold out Sean to save his skin. Sully is one hardcore Hitman.

Loved loved the last scene and the look on Ray's face when Mickey came back.

Going to be an interesting last 2 episodes.

Well didn't Mickey go to prison for what Sean did? So not surprising..heck Mickey would have sold out almost anyone anyway to not get a bullet to the head.

Really good show, not sure why it hasn't caught on 'round these parts.

It was obvious they weren't going to kill off Mickey this early in the series, so any intensity at the burial site scene was lost on me.

Ya, I never had any doubt he would talk his way out of it.

Of course I knew Mickey wasn't going to die. When I was talking about tension, I was talking about the acting in the scene and the setting. Woods and Voight really sold the dramatic tension of the scene.

Ray wants Mickey dead so badly, so I think the tension from that scene carried over to the little confrontation between him and Ray.

I agree. He's the best and most interesting character, so I knew he wouldn't get wacked.

The only thing I have a problem with is that they set up Ray to be this brilliant, shrewd tactician, who makes all the right moves and makes everything right. How does someone like that hire Sully and think things will work out? It should go against every fiber of his being.

True. Couldn't he have hired any local guy to do it?

Seems to me, we are still missing a big piece of back story for why Ray hates his father so much because from what we know of the past it does not make any sense

Re: Ray Donovan -- "Fite Nite" -- 9/08/13

I missed the initial run of this show last year, so I am catching up with it OnDemand. I have 2 more episodes left, and I really don't know what to think of this show. I like it, but don't love it, as I am not anxious to see the next episode as much as other shows.

I think that Liev Schrieber is a great actor, but I don't think they give him much to do in show in terms of showing off his range, as he is pretty one note. Overall it has a great cast, but the characters aren't that likeable so I am having a hard time gravitating to them.

I am torn on whether I am in for Season 2 this summer. Any thoughts on someone who likes it to possibly tell me what I am missing?

Is there anywhere to get this show other than getting Showtime and watching On Demand? I've seen the first 3 episodes and thought it had great potential.
