Yea, 5 episodes in and they're not really telling us a lot with their backstory.

The 2 brothers stories are pretty irrelevant.

Everyone's hiding something and it's getting irritating seeing all this hand-wringing going on. We barely know the characters and what's going on - so I have no reason to care about anyone so far. Yet, it seems like they're to get us to feel the anguish these people are going through without actually earning it.

What a weird episode. Felt like I just watched something while heavily intoxicated.

Poor Terry. His new girlfriend is married with a teenage son.

Is Bunchy like retarded or something? His behavior is really strange. He buys that bike and then a house. at Mickey giving the bank teller shit about cashing that $1.4M check.

So poor Ray finds out his Dad is a snitch for the FBI and Ezra is dying of a brain tumor, so what does he do? He fucks psycho blondie up the wazoo to let off some steam.

at Ray's wife calling the life coach a nosey ****.

and WTF was up with the scene with Ray's son? He's playing dress up, looks at some really expensive watches and then throws up? I guess he was wasted, but that scene was so awkward.

I don't recall, did Ray's wife already know about his apartment or did she discover it for the first time and that final scene was really supposed to be a surprise for him?

After Abby had the conversation with the Yoga Instructor/Life Coach, she started to get curious about Ray and some of the secretive things he does. She drove to his office and found the picture of the priest and the keys to Apartment 10B. I think she knew he had an apartment, but never actually ventured inside until this episode.

I was wondering also about the apt. I assume she knew he had one and the building. But still for a Fixer you would think he wouldn't be so stupid to leave a spare with the apt number on the key ring in his unlocked desk.

He puked and then was holding his stomach as he was crouching down on the floor... then later we see him rolling a bit on the floor while holding his hands to his right side/hip - almost like he was suffering an appendicitis. Not sure what that whole thing was about - although he seems a little too comfortable in the closet.

I like the show but there really is a scarcity of likeable people in it.
