McCrae used veto to take off Candice and put up Elissa. The blindside David movement is fully on now. McCrae crafted it so Amanda thought it was her idea so she built together a coalition (that McCrae had already partially finessed) to save Elissa and take out David.

In more ways than one. There's a gif of what appears to be Amanda finishing off a HJ and his having a huge smile on his face. If true, then he officially tops Eric Stein (it took him two months!) and becomes the nerdiest guy to ever hook up on BB USA. Certainly he's been a little protective of Amanda since then. Before that in private talks with Nick, he wanted her to go next.

I don't think BB is the show that's going to help America get over hate speech.

Nor do I care and that's coming from a liberal who should agree with everything that he wrote, but he is as annoying as the unsavory people in the BB house.

True, it isn't, but it would be wholly disingenuous to give someone like Aaryn a "sweetheart" edit. And I do agree with Ragan that there is a power of sorts that comes with showing someone who looks like Aaryn (she's seemingly adorable) saying the things that she's said. It puts a face on things that he probably has to deal with or wonder about everyday of his life.

A lot of people in this year's house are truly ugly people.

I guess they must have gotten a talking to b/c after the feeds came back Amanda said in a BB voice, "Houseguests, do not make racial slurs about other houseguests."

It hasn't stopped the ever delightful Aaryn though.

I don't disagree, but a large majority of Big Brother viewers want to watch ugly people on tv (not looks, but personality).

There have only been 2 shows and I highly doubt Aaryn is going to get a sweetheart edit. The first show was mostly an introduction and she seemed sweet enough, but even after the 2nd, highly edited episode, Aaryn made me sick to my stomach. She's not going to be this season's Jordan.

They definitely went with a group closer to that season where everyone was having sex all the time. Not just some bad people, like Evel Dick or just bizarre, misguided people like Rachel, but truly an awful group of people.

Ragan should write something about something other than BB and I'm positive he'd come back if they asked him or he'd make an appearance in a heartbeat, so I just don't think he's the one I'm going to listen to about these issues.

It's kind of funny -- in a morbid, pathetic way -- that they make all of these references to Helen involving cooking rice.

It's like they see an Asian person, instinctively know that they need to attack her based on her race, but all they can come up with is "rice."

Surprised they haven't accused her of being a bad driver.

I'm hoping they will turn Julie Chen on their asses.

Well, it's a good bet that she's better at math than Gina Marie who requires both her hands as well as someone else's hands to try to count votes.

Aaryn claimed that she made "asian eyes" in the Diary Room. Sounds like she was using her fingers to stretch her eyes to mock Helen.

She just might be the dumbest hammer in the sack.

According to a "Jokers" poster, this conversation happened Thursday night:

GinaMarie talking about wanting to be known as a good person. Aaryn says what's the point of winning 500 K if all of America knows you lied. GinaMarie says that so many people are shady & they're embarrassing themselves on national TV. Aaryn says what's the use of winning but knowing all of America hates you.

...the irony is, of course, that they're speaking about other people....

Now there's video and recaps at various sites showing Jeremy and "Aryan" cheating at the HOH (they swapped cups of sauce (at least once) rather than pour sauce from one cup to another. It also seemed they bragged about later in the HOH. Its just starting to get attention on the BB-oriented sites. Will the producers ignore this, or will they use it as a chance to shake things up since Elissa (who got MVP again) was nominated for eviction again (along with one of Aaryn's favorite racial targets, Helen).

I don't think they've ever revoked an awarded HOH or veto due to cheating in the competition.

I know its apples and oranges, but they turned a similar incident into a big twist on "Big Brother Canada", -they went though one episode with the usual HOH stuff ("Who wants to see my HOH room?"), and then in the next episode took away the HOH and made the cheaters have-nots and not allowed to compete in a new HOH comp. It could be a nice little boost and would give a nice kick in the ass to "Aryan" (which I'm sure would be popular with a lot of viewers).

No they haven't. They did give penalties the last time they acknowledged it, but of course first they actually have to acknowledge it. They may choose to wait to see if Elissa's in trouble before they call anyone out on it but we'll see. As usual, if they don't show it, it didn't happen. And I doubt they're going to show anything on Sunday about it.

I'm absolutely sure the Sunday show will remain "as is", -its probably already in the can.
