I'm pretty sure he's referring to the Asian chick, which I agree was ended very poorly for such a major plot point.
Also, Sheriff Romero handles things like a fucking boss.

I wanted to punch Norman for how poorly he treated Emma at the dance. You have a gorgeous young girl despite her illness who is totally into you and wants to be close, yet he treated her like shit.
The scenes with Norman and the teacher were a little uncomfortable to watch. Had a very Mrs. Robinson/Mary Kay Letourneau vibe.
at the Norma hallucination getting pissed off at Norman for staring at her undressing. Interesting ending, although you could figure out that was going to happen.

Exactly. Emma is so sweet and caring. Bradley is a fucking beyotch.

Is she though? I don't think Bradley is necessarily bad. She was friendly when she first approached Norman, was lonely the night she screwed Norman, and didn't blow him off when he came back. She let him down rather nicely, I though.
Emma, on the other hand, is rather consumed with jealousy toward Bradley. Remember the scene where she took Norma to see Bradley doing yoga?

Yeah, I don't think Bradley has done anything awful. She slept with Norman when she was in a vulnerable mental state, and then seems to have realized she didn't want a relationship with him.

And I might add Emma should have kept her mouth shut and not blabbed to those girls in the bathroom that Norman slept with Bradley. That was not smart or the move of a friend.

Emma actually cares about Norman and his well being. She's done a few questionable things and is jealous of Norman's fascination with Bradley, but I still think her intentions are good. She wants him to see straight that Bradley used him in a vulnerable moment and it was a hookup and nothing more.

I remember seeing the commercials for this show before it started, and was totally expecting them to blow it, much like the movie remake did. I'm extremely happy that I was way off.
What an incredible first season! A few episodes weren't dynamite, but they were still all very interesting, and overall it's one of the better shows I've seen in a while.

I just watched the final 3 episodes today. All in all, I was very pleased with the entire season. Much more so than I was expecting to be. Definitely looking forward to more.

I thought it interesting that during the dance scene everyone's clothing was very dark/monochromatic, and while Chris DeBurgh's 'Lady In Red' was playing an Asian girl in a bright red dress was center screen.
And then poor Miss Hot Watson picked up Norman in a red VW.....

About Emma vs. Bradley, I think both girls have their flaws. I find Emma to be more likable. Based on the last few episodes of this season, it is obvious that Dylan and Bradley will get together next season. But I also predict that they will be killed off either by Norman or by someone involved in the pot field thing. I get the feeling that Emma will end up being the only friend/ally of Norman and Norma, but she will die due to her CF.

There was a exposition-overload moment in an earlier episode where they mentioned Emma's condition would be resolved with a lung transplant.

To using chromatics at the danceits funny to me how the two shows i thought were bad ideas (bates & hannibal) and would suck ended up being some of the best stuff of the season. And on the other hand, one i was most excited for (the following) ended up sucking the most.
What's with all the nerds being so hot lately? Emma is much better looking than bradley. I don't get how someone in high school could look at her and not find her attractive, just because shes got a oxygen tank. Oh well...

She deserved it. Not sure who she is up against, but I hope she wins just to possibly bring a bigger audience to the show.
Too bad Freddie Highmore did not get nominated also.

The business of White Pine Bay, Oregon just got a little more intriguing.
Kathleen Robertson (Boss) is joining the Season 2 cast of A&E’s Bates Motel as Jodi, a smart, sexy businesswoman and artist who’s as hard-charging as she is successful.
While it’s not yet clear how exactly Robertson’s character will play into the world of Norma and Norman Bates, one thing is certain: Jodi’s a natural born leader who gets what she wants — personally and professionally — and she’s not afraid to use her arsenal of brains, charm and creativity to make things happen.
Alias alum Michael Vartan recently joined the Season 2 cast as a new romantic interest for Norma (played by Emmy nominee Vera Farmiga). Other new characters will include Christine, a local socialite in her late 30s who becomes Norma’s first real friend; and Caleb, Norma’s estranged fortysomething brother who comes to town to coax his little sis into investing in a presumably shady business venture.
Production on Bates‘ 10-episode second season got underway late last month; the show returns in 2014.

Oh God, Kathleen Robertson... the reason I actually watched 90210 nearly 20 years ago. I was so crushing on her. This WILL be relevant to my interests.
