I probably should have put most likable. Cersei/Joffrey are on one side of the scale, Tyrion on the other and everyone else somewhere in between.

I think Tywin/Cersei consider Tyrion to be a LINO (Lannister in name only). If they had their way he'd probably be called Tyrion Snow or whatever the Lannister version of a bastard is (Sun? Goldilocks?).

On the other hand calling him a Lannister is an insult to Tyrion. Although TBH he is probably the closest thing to Tywin than either of the other two.

I don't know where you get this from, because the show has stayed true to the books...Jaime and Tyrion love each other.

Oh shit, you said Tywin/cerci. Then I agree

The Lannisters rule the Westerlands. Bastards there take the last name Hill.

Here are all the bastard names in the Seven Kingdoms:
Spoiler:

Region - Surname
Reach - Flowers
Westerlands - Hill
Iron Islands - Pyke
Riverlands - Rivers
Dorne - Sand
North - Snow
Vale - Stone
Stormlands - Storm
Crownlands - Waters
