I laughed at Nora and Sally picking out her "death clothes." Makes sense, if you know it's coming.
I thought they beat Donna too easily--looks like she's still around, though I guess she's a ghost?
The last two or three episodes I've been wondering "Why aren't they worried about Liam showing up?" So finally he does. Can't wait to see that confrontation play out.
Poor Kenny!

I also thought the witch was too easily beaten, but I guess there will be ramifications for Sally down the road as a ghost. The season has been okay so far, though I preferred last season's big bad much more.

I didn't think Sally's ghost clothes looked all that great. If that is going to be her look all next season, they made a bad choice.

Did I miss some explanation in the show about Josh not being able to see Sally?
From the beginning of S1 to the beginning of S3, Josh was a werewolf, and he could see ghost Sally (just like how Aiden the vampire could see ghost Sally).
In Monday's episode, after Sally died and became a ghost (and then became a ghost again after "beating" Donna), Josh could not see Sally at either time, even though he was a werewolf again. Doesn't this go against the "rules" established in S1, or have I forgotten some other explanation?

That's the impression I get. After the next full moon--after Josh actually turns again--he should be able to see her from then on.
Josh also wasn't able to see the other ghosts that we have seen this season--Nick and Stevie (after they died again), and the bloody girls that Aidan killed in the house.

They even confirmed he couldn't see her until he turned in this episode when they were discussing delaying the wedding until he could see her.

Makes sense. So even though Josh has been re-infected, he's not technically a werewolf until his first turn after re-infection. For the past few episodes, I was assuming he was a werewolf from the moment he was re-infected (sort of like how you're a vampire the moment a vampire bites you, but I guess the producers decided that doesn't apply to werewolves).

... but you're not a vampire from the moment a vampire bites you, otherwise everyone they feed on would be vamps.
