The last line is the single best line delivery Lily has ever had. ("I'll get over it")

Overall pretty good episode, felt like something from the first couple of seasons imo.

I've not been a fan of Elizabeth Banks' appearances on the show, but other than that story, I thought the episode was really good.

Every storyline was good and had its share of great jokes.

"That's not a nude descending a staircase, that's a nude vacuuming a staircase!"

Also wanted to say I really enjoyed the Lily scene since she has received a lot of hate here recently. I am not a fan of the Banks character though. She is way too high strung to the point of annoying instead of funny. Otherwise I enjoyed the entire episode.

Loved this episode and that final scene with Lilly.

The nanny was really cute. I hope we see her again.

I like how Luke thought telling Phil he was looking at porn would be more preferable than telling him he was talking to girl.

The last scene between Sal and Lily was hilarious, perfect delivery from the kid.

I was really surprised when the nanny showed her pair... up until then she looked kind of ugly to me , and yeah, after that she looked gorgeous

I didn't understand this line of Manny. "Toss in a body that doesn't quit and I think we got a soul mate." Help please.

'body that doesn't quit' is just a way of saying the nanny has a really hot body. So Manny was just saying how he likes thinks she's great, that he likes her for her mind and because she is sexy.

Good episode. The Cam and Mitch stuff was blah but Luke/Phil and Manny were the bright spots. That nanny is really cute.

Phil should have banged that mom. No one would have ever found out.

Is anyone as naïve as Phil plays it? It's funny. But the scene earlier this season with the Mathew Broderick as a gay friend of Mitch and Cams and now the girls mom. C'mon Phil are you that clueless?

Given Luke's WTF face when Phil said that Jay is crazy about him now... Yes, Phil is that clueless.

But Phil didn't come across as clueless with the mom. Maybe for a second before the first cut away, but when they came back to them he was saying "I just want to reiterate, my wife, who I love..."

He knew what was going on there.

A really great episode in my opinion. Just non-stop hilarity at all ends. Hayley is becoming her mom and is losing touch with the youth which is fun irony, and Phil accidentally going on a date was great. I also loved the sub-plot with Cam and Mitchell. Jay and Gloria's dilemma with Manny was hysterical especially the finale where they walk in on them during the dinner.

The final scene with Lily was well crafted, to boot.

I liked Banks' comment when Mitchell was on Cam's back. Something along the lines of "well that answers that question."

Phil: "I know how to pick up a 14 year old girl...[to camera] for my son."
