Especially since in any other situation, like someone mentioned earlier in the season, there would have been a power struggle to be the boss in Andy's stead. As of now, it's like Dwight and Nellie are neutered. Thankful for the latter case, but Dwight? He should have been camped out in that office the moment Andy left.
