Was behind a few weeks, but got caught up over the Holidays. Happy to have it back.

I don't know if it's been pointed out before, but doesn't Noth look like a cardboard cutout in this photo?
I realize it's photoshop, but it sure looks like they just put a cardboard Noth in for the picture.

Totally. It's like a bad head crop or something.Originally Posted by TheKing

Ugh - I can't believe MJF's character bought the debt.
It's like everyone that's ever been on the show is still on the show.

That episode was kind of annoying, though obviously the Godot segments were by design.
However, I knew the banker guy was an actor because I just watched The Game over the weekend.
I didn't recognize Canning's wife but apparently she played the same role in a previous season. I would have expected them to get Tracy Pollan for the role.

I can. If you're not part of that firm everyone is against that firm and wants them gone.Originally Posted by BadlyDrawnBoy

They just hate to go up against a place that wins often.

I know they have to take shortcuts re: legal procedure to tell the story without bogging it down, but I cringe at some of the things that happen that would never happen in a real life lawsuit. Regardless, I enjoyed this episode. James Rebhorn was terrific.

I thought this episode was awesome.
at Ingersol not showing up to the depositions day after day.
at Wendy Scott Carr targetting Eli Gold. Eli IMO is one of the best supporting characters on this show. I love Alan Cumming's facial expressions when he's being screwed with.
at Alicia's reaction with Canning taking over Lockhart-Gardner's debt. I wonder if Fox will continue to recur on this show considering NBC greenlit a new 30 minute show starring him for next Fall. He's a really good foil to Alicia.
