I watched it. When I did, it felt like a hot dog going through a keyhole. -ptth-

Body of Proof has moved to February 19th. You can thank Obama for that.

Had no idea what to expect from Legit. The commercials were all pretty weak but the first episode was really good. Will be watching this one again.

Agreed -- I was impressed. It's probably deserving of a season thread.

There is a thread I think. Osiris created one a few days ago.

Anyone jonesing for some Gordon Ramsay? "Ramsay Behind Bars" premiers on BBCA January 22 at 9e/8c. The premise is that "Gordon Ramsay is going to attempt the impossible: Set up a catering company in Brixton Prison and make offenders pay their way." I believe there are four weekly episodes. It originally aired in England last summer as "Gordon Behind Bars," but shows up as "Ramsay Behind Bars" in my DTV guide and the BBCA web site.

I was just channel surfing and stopped when I spotted Ellen Wong from Scott Pilgrim in the show. Didn't even realize it was the Sex and the City prequel. After Martha Jones from Doctor Who showed up, I decided to watch the rest of the episode. Not a terrible show, but not my cup of tea. The lead actress does a good job of channeling a young SJP, though her face is noticeably less equine. So... that's a plus.

A third season of "An Idiot Abroad" started on The Science Channel last night (Saturday, Jan 19). This is the comic travel show produced by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant featuring their sidekick Karl Pilkington, -this time he's joined by actor Warwick Davis. This one came completely out of the blue for me, -I thought they'd quit after Season Two ("The Bucket List").

Also, the PBS series "Pioneers of Television" started its third season Jan. 15 (though, being on PBS, I guess times and dates may vary). Its another four one-hour episodes taking a look at various TV genres; this year its "Funny Ladies", "TV Soaps", "Super-Heroes" and "Mini-series".

Walking Dead marathon. This Sunday will be season 1. Next weekend will be season 2 and 3A

If you quit the show for whatever reason, here's your chance once again to get caught up.

Times are in the link.

FYI

AMC will have a marathon of seasons 2 and 3 of The Walking Dead starting Saturday at 10am ET.

The 1st episode 8 episodes of season 3 will air Sunday at 1pm ET

Netflix also has seasons 1 and 2

If you haven't caught on to the show, this is another chance to do it and keep up with it weekly.

in the episode where she was watching the porn star performance art, it was disappointing that in the context of the show, they wouldn't have a 16 year old girl empower herself by sitting on a throne and flashing her vag to a room of people for a penny. come on show, i thought you were going to be "edgy".

(i am no longer holding out for the chick who played Rosie Larson on the killing to do the ping pong ball trick.)

for a show that seems absurd, i sure do enjoy watching it.

The 2nd half of Warehouse 13's 4th season will premiere on Monday April 29th.

Pretty much rules out the 5th season will air in 2013.

Sounds interesting. It looks like they're airing the first two episodes on 3/18. Thanks for posting this.

No problem. Thanks for keeping it updated. I actually have one more that looks really interesting. They've been advertising the hell out of this during Top of the Lake (which I recommend watching).

Rectify (Sundance) - April 22

It's about a guy who spent 19 years on death row and the series starts up when he is exonerated and returns home. They're pushing the "from the producers of Breaking Bad" angle, but even more interesting is the creator is Ray McKinnon. I'm really looking forward to this one.

And it's only 6 episodes, so you won't have to dedicate too much time.
