I remember seeing a toon when I was a kid about a little plane. I think it was named Pedro or something. It was a short and no major characters come out, which is why im not even sure it was a disney. It was in the vein of the Little Engine That Could and the little plane (I think it had a face on the front of it) had to fly to thru all sorts of weather for a delivery.

Yea I know, kinda vague but I dont remember much and it popped into my head recently. Anyone know what toon this is or if its ever been released on DVD?
