I really enjoyed this show, but the only other new show I've seen was Partners, which was unbelievably bad.

This was very funny and surprisingly, highly enjoyable. Laughed out loud a lot. Looking forward to more of the same. Hope they can keep it up!

As for this show. When this show got called the best new comedy of the fall, I shed a tear for comedy.
EDIT: I've now watched this, and my previous tear stands. If this is the best comedy the we get this fall, we're in for a lot of crap.
This show was OK, but there was nothing that made me stand up and take notice. It's bland and generic. It's like The New Normal without the gay guys and Ellen Barkin. It's not as terrible as Partners or Guys With Kids. But I thought Go On is better. I wouldn't even say this is the best new comedy on FOX, as I've laughed more in the first 10 minutes of The Mindy Project than I did in this whole episode.
Tuesdays at 8/8:30 are a dead zone for me, so I'll keep watching for now.

It got a couple laughs out of me, but overall pretty bland. I think the Ben character was the biggest problem for me. He struck me as a less funny version of Andy on Parks and Rec.

gave it a try - ended up skipping through some parts, was so-so at best. Just felt like one of those bad sitcoms where the kid is raising the "adults"
I deleted from my season pass when I was finished watching

You guys are harsh. I though this was a perfectly good pilot that shows a lot promise and had likable characters.
How many great comedies started out with great pilots? That's right, hardly any.

I thought the pilot was much better than all the TV ads made it out to be. I had high expectations for The Mindy Project and low ones for this show. I was let down by Mindy Project and pleasantly surprised by Ben and Kate. I'll give it a few more eps.

I will stick with this because of Nat Faxton and Lucy Punch. It's hard to see this show not working with both of them in prominent roles despite the meh pilot.

I thought the pilot was great - lots of funny lines, decent setup and a good emotional payoff. It has a very good cast and lots of potential IMO. My favourite new comedy of the season (judging just on pilots alone).

The show was ok, but I thought the brother was kind of a dolt. Seemed like they could use a more charismatic actor in the role.
Hard to believe that is Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson's daughter. Kind of weird her mom and grandma Teppi Hendren will be on Raising Hope together this fall, but she is off on this other Fox show. It'd be cool to see them all cast together.

I thought it was Ok.. That Partners show, it's the only new show premiere so far that I didn't at least watch all the way through. Made it less than five minutes.
By the way, I can't believe that dude has never fixed his teeth. Yuck. No wonder that chick dumped him.
