I saw him when he was on and it might seem like an odd choice, but he works well with Kelly Ripa.

My mom watches the show. She said he's good and thought he would get it.

Not really. He works well with Kelly and has a lot of personality. If Strahan did get the job, he should do well.

It seemed obvious it was going to be Strahan since the final three rumoured in the last couple of months was Strahan, Seth Meyers, and Josh Groban, and both Meyers and Groban said that they didn't want the gig full time.
