It's here! It's here!
Nice to see Mike is in the promo picture. Wonder what kind of shape he'll be in.

I hope it's not mostly hyperbole, but I've been enjoying hearing Aaron Paul talk about how bloody and depraved the season is so far. He said he was happy to split the season up bc he didn't know if could handle filming everything straight through.

I'm so stoked.
Rewatching the whole series leading up to this has been a blast. There were some themes I hadn't really picked up on so much before, maybe noticed but not really 'got' the full effect of, that were rewarding on another trip through.

I started watching this on Netflix streaming about 2 months ago and got caught up to Season 4 in about 2 weeks. I can't wait to watch Season 5 live!

First time Live-er here as well. Can't wait.
In this weeks EW, they mentioned that viewership was up 29% for season 4. I imagine that will grow this year as well.

Absolutely can't wait for it to start. Still is my favorite show currently airing. I only watched the first season leading up to this one but I'll probably make my way through the others after these eight episodes are finished.

I rewatched the entire series again and am on the last show of S4 which I will either watch tonight or tomorrow before the S5 premiere. I'm really pumped and am glad that I viewed everything again to have the history fresh to get the full impact of where they go from seeing Hector blow away Gus.

Far and away my all-time favorite drama, and the wait between the Season 4 finale and tomorrow night has been brutal.
I still don't agree with how AMC is handling this with only 8 episodes but I'm going to enjoy the hell out of this on Sunday.

Understatement of the year? I think maybe Batman and Joss Whedon are the only things that DVDTalkers crush harder over than Breaking Bad. (GoT might be up there too)Originally Posted by DJariya

Loved Bryan Cranston's appearance on Letterman the other night. He came out with a couple little blue baggies of meth. Gave one to Paul and he and Dave enjoyed the other.
Can't wait for Sunday night.

Wow, this year has gone SO fast. It feels like just yesterday we were all discussing the finer points of Gus losing half his face.
I can't wait to see the direction they go. I feel like the series is almost resetting in a lot of ways, since most of the events of previous seasons led up to and were resolved last season.
Still a lot of loose ends to play with, but I have NO idea where they are going. This should be awesome!
Anyone confirm, this is just 8 eps this season right? (and I presume a killer cliffhanger)

All reviews were scored 100 until some guy from Boston ruined it. Anyone know how many episodes the critics saw? I didn't want to read them to avoid spoilers.

Breaking Bad for me is on the same level of importance as internet porn.
If I had to give up one of the two for good; I would have to give up Breaking Bad, but would only give it up after the series finale......
