Something seemed off this episode. I know that they need to set up Brenda leaving Major Crimes, but she was uncharacteristically obtuse. Perhaps it can be attributed to the combination of her longstanding hatred of Stroh and the pressure of the recently settled lawsuit, but I didn't like how they wrote her part for this. Oh well, it's all over soon anyway.

An interesting thing to point out is that Jon Tenney (Frtiz) is scheduled to guest star in a few episodes of Major Crimes in August.
Kyra said that Fritz and Brenda are still together, but she obviously won't say yet on how they are writing out Brenda.

This show's still on? I used to watch a few years ago. I wish that Netflix streamed it so I could catch back up.

Enjoyed the episode though EW's website spoiled the episode with a headline on their site early this morning. Brenda's hatred of Stouh may have impeded her judgement but even with the spoiler I assumed Strouh was guilty too. As for the leak (pure speculation on my part)

Okay, so I finished this last night. I agree with a few of the earlier comments that everything seemed a little off. I agree that Brenda was really abrasive and obtuse and I was a little annoyed how she handled that witness. Brenda is usually alot more sensitive to the victims, so I was shocked that she told that lady she was as good as dead if she didn't testify.
Should be an interesting last 5 episodes to see how Brenda's storyline and her war with Stroh gets wrapped up.
I really hope the leak isn't Gabriel. He's actually been one of Brenda's most loyal subordinates in her time at Major Crimes. It would be suck to see him screw Brenda and the team over like that. The fact that Corey Reynolds isn't part of the new Major Crimes series seems way too obvious. There has got to be more to it.
