Just got around to watching last weeks. It was sooooooooo fucking boring. I have a feeling this show is done after this season. AMC needed to give fans some closure. Either its cancelled or it gets a big facelift. 2 seasons on the same case is excruciatingly boring. And all these side storylines suck.

Might as well enjoy the last 6 episodes before this show gets canned. Ratings continue to plummet.

I haven't watched at all this season but I'm curious.... After all the backlash last season they insisted that they would make some changes to the show. Have they? Or is it still the red herring after red herring stuff we we're getting last season? Are they any closer to finding the killer?

Alright, do detectives really not have any jurisdiction in an Indian reservation within the city limits?

I also missed this I suppose, who is the "head" Native American lady that seems to be running everything on the island? I also missed what they were taking about when Holder and the guy were taking in the garage and Holder gave him the money.

Spoiler:
The next week's previews are certainly implying that they killed Holder

As is the show...highly unlikely AMC is going to bring it back.

I'm going to say no because in the extended preview on the site, Linden goes into the hair Salon that Indian girl wrote on the matchbook for Holder.

Hmmm, guess I'm in the minority, but me and the wife really dig this show. I like that the case hasn't been solved in an hour like good ole CSI.

If they cancel, I hope they get some closure.

Ditto. A good slow burn. My only problem is that unlike say... Game of Thrones... Each scene doesn't really seem vital. Hopefully it all adds up. Can't wait til next weekend. Hope Holder is ok.

I think she's the "chief." She was on the show the last time Linden went out to the casino to investigate.

I believe that was a male prostitute that Holder picked up to get him to the construction area since the female one blew him off.

In a way, it IS like a CSI procedural, where instead of slowly discovering clues about the case and piecing it together, each episode they find ONE BIG CLUE that later turns out to be a RED HERRING and no progress is made. So everything is wrapped up in a tidy bow, just like CSI, it's just that the main case is never progressing or solved.

It's Twin Peaks. Except we knew the killer a few episodes into Season 2. And it was fucking awesome. Other than that, same show.

I've been hanging in there with this show...wasn't happy with the false expectations they set last year, but still liked the season, so I've been following this season. Okay, last nights episode was so freaking ridiculous! I can only blame sloppy and lazy writing for this retarded tribal police storyline. The idea that a lame ass tribal police department can threaten one Seattle detective and beat the shit out of another without any repercussions simply because they are on the Rez is the worst "twist" they've had so far, which is saying a lot. Please end this line as soon as possible

Definitely.

It's one thing if the cops don't have jurisdiction over their reservation, but it doesn't mean they can do anything they want. If they can beat the hell out of a cop without any repercussions, then they can murder, rape or basically do anything they want. It's like medieval times there I guess. Really dumb.

I made the mistake of watching Season 2 in the hopes that things have changed - they haven't. So now I'm in it for closure and hope this is the last season.

Almost unwatchable at this point. I'll leave it on in the background until the killer is finally revealed...
