I saw something that I HOPE I didn't see last week in the previews...

I'm glad USA allowed the show 8 more episodes for this mini-season to wrap it all up. It was a fun ride.

Finished up the final four episodes today. I know this aired almost 1 month ago and I assume most of you who were watching to the end were probably busy. They final arc that featured Stephen Lang as Mary's Dad was really compelling. Glad they killed off the half brother.

Excellent series finale. Surprised in the opening credits that Mary co-wrote it. Brought a smile to my face. I was really impressed how they managed to bring closure to all the major storylines. Was pleasantly surprised that they also brought back Nicole Hiltz to the finale and made her character knocked up. I was not expecting to see her return, but at least they got her for the finale. Happy that they didn't close up ABQ Witsec and that Stan and Marshall both got promotions.

Also, I was glad how they brought closure to the whole Mary/Marshall thing that was lingering the entire series run. They handled it very well. Glad that Marshall and Abigail stayed together to the end. I was also happy that they gave Mary a new love interest, Josh Hopkins from Cougar Town. They had some pretty good chemistry.

I know alot of you here lost patience and didn't stick with this show to end, but overall I was pretty happy with the 5 year run of this show. It wasn't perfect, but I think this 8 episode final season helped the show end on a strong note.

Pretty much sums up my thoughts on the show too. Lost it's way a little in the middle of the series but came back strong in S4 and S5. Will miss not having this show back next spring.
