Way too many jokes flew by. One not mentioned is when the black title card cut of Britta when she was getting ready to say how she could help. Oh and using the aquarium as the two way mirror was hysterical.

Perfect episode!! hated to delete it off my DVR, wanted to watch it again..
Yeah, it's too bad for all those folks who have never watched L&O. For as much as you could still enjoy this episode for its innate Community-esque humor, you unfortunately won't be able to appreciate just how perfectly they parodied all of the L&O "tropes."

Starburns
As a L&O fan I can attest that this ep was spot on. Very enjoyable and got a kick when Britta was interrupted by the famous 'gavel' segue

Fantastic episode... Rodgers and Michael Ironside really put it over the top.

FYI

Community's season finale on May 17th will be 90 minutes (3 episodes back to back to back)

This is a 1st, I've never seen a network burn through 3 original episodes of a 30 minute show in 1 night.

Fox aired the last four episodes of Arrested Development on one night in February 2006, opposite of the Opening Ceremonies of the Winter Olympics.

This was an absolutely flawless episode.

Not yet mentioned is Troy and Abed both saying "why do they always run?" at the same time, and then bursting through that door and the Dean just being on the other side of it hula-hooping. That shit was hilarious.

Awesome episode. Seeing the ME from Law and Order was unexpected and spectacular.

Makes sense. They should have brought it back earlier or doubled up a few weeks.

Doubt it's a bad sign for the show.

Hopefully this means Community is setting up an epic 3 parter.

Watching the episode again and realizing just how ridiculous it is that a college biology class is sprouting yams.

Jeff's closing arguments: "We're all fully grown adults failing a kindergarten project."

This was just perfect. I wasn't too excited for the ep when I first heard about it because, another gimmick episode? But it turned out to be amazing in every way.

There's also an article on EW explaining why Star-Burns got killed off.

Just as a heads up to those who don't know, Allison Brie is in The Five Year Engagement. I had no idea she would be in it, so, yeah that was a surprise.

Article is here, but be warned: there are major spoilers for how the season ends

She's English! At first I was a bit in disbelief that she was seriously doing an English accent but I got used to it. There is a bit of cleavage, but not as much as we see on this show.

Great episode. It seemed a bit too soon to do another full on parody, but this was really well done.

The leather jacket reminded me of Det. Logan.
