In no particular order
Married with Children
American Idol
Brisco County
24
In Living Color
The Simpsons
Family Guy
House
Cops
Ben Stiller
This is just off the top of my head, I would have to study the entire list.
Plus, does rewatchability count? I could today still love MWC, Simpsons, FG but would probably never watch old episodes of 24 and I can't imagine the ILC has held up over the years.

I'm kinda surprised that seminal shows like "24 Jump Street" or "The Tracey Ullman Show" were not at least honorable mentions in Sepinwall's piece.

What's funny is that I don't think I ever realized that The Tracey Ullman Show originally aired on Fox.
We were one of those areas that didn't get Fox for a really long time; it probably arrived in '93 or '94. I always associated Tracey Ullman with Lifetime because that's where I always watched it. I checked the Wikipedia page for the show, and I could have sworn the airings on Lifetime started earlier than what's listed. While I would argue that Married With Children deserves a spot on a list of Fox's 10 most influential shows, I just don't think it holds up as well as it used to.

Re: Top 10 Shows in Fox History
Is this list supposed to be the top ten best shows Fox has ever aired or the top ten shows that defined Fox as a network?
If it's the latter, then yes, I can see why one would include shows like 21 Jump Street, 24, Ally McBeal, America's Most Wanted, American Idol, Beverly Hills 90210, Cops, Melrose Place, That '70s Show, The Simpsons and The X-Files (for example) are on that list.
My Personal Top Ten:
Action!
Arrested Development
The Critic
Firefly
Futurama
In Living Color
The Loop
Malcolm in the Middle
Married with Children
Undeclared
Honorable Mentions: Animaniacs, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, The Ben Stiller Show, Dollhouse, Eek! The Cat, Fox's Fun House, Get a Life, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, The Tick (both versions), and Tiny Toon Adventures.

They put OC on but not 90210?
How Married with Children isn't #1 or #2 is confusing... it kicked off Fox along with The Simpsons.

Boston Public is another good choice. Forgot about that one. I don't think it's a top 10 show on Fox, though.

I have no idea how you guys remember what network half those shows were on. Ever since I got my Tivo/DVR, I never remember what channel or time anything airs.

Re: Top 10 Shows in Fox History
I agree with some of the comments that there are two ways to look at such a list: the top ten best Fox shows in terms of quality (or personal views thereof) and the top ten in terms of pure pop culture impact. In terms of the latter, I would pretty easily pick these:
10. Ally McBeal
9. Cops
8. Beverly Hills 90210
7. House
6. Melrose Place
5. 24
4. American Idol
3. Married with Children
2. The X-Files
1. The Simpsons
As for my own choices as "best" Fox shows:
10. 21 Jump Street
9. Futurama
8. Millennium
7. The Tracey Ullman Show
6. Cops
5. Married with Children
4. King of the Hill
3. Arrested Development
2. The Simpsons
1. The X-Files
10. Ally McBeal
9. Cops
8. Beverly Hills 90210
7. House
6. Melrose Place
5. 24
4. American Idol
3. Married with Children
2. The X-Files
1. The Simpsons

9. Futurama
8. Millennium
7. The Tracey Ullman Show

5. Married with Children
4. King of the Hill
3. Arrested Development
2. The Simpsons
1. The X-Files

From their first FOX season. I had such a crush on Antoinette Byron, the Australian hooker.

Re: Top 10 Shows in Fox History
Yeah! "The Tracey Ullman Show" deserves an honorable mention just for the mere fact that without it, "The Simpsons" would not even exist. (And no "Simpsons" means no Matt Groening TV franchise, so no "Futurama" either...)
