The week or so prior to the start of Ray Bradbury's The Martian Chronicles there were promos that counted down the Sunday night premiere with something like, "(number) days till the Martians come." I was at my aunt and uncle's house that Sunday night and I wanted to hear what the announcer would say so I shushed the adults that were talking in the living room -- I think the announcer said, "Tonight is the night."
I was very surprised that the adults stopped talking when I did that.

HBO had Mildred Pierce with Kate Winslet last year although that was a 5.5 hour movie really, and they actually only spread it out over 3 weeks (its a 5 part miniseries)

Last one I remember watching was Stephen King's The Stand. I do remember some later TV movies that were in two parts but I didn't consider them miniseries just long movies.
