"He took my kidneys Raylan, not my dick!"

That whole scene was great. Another strong episode. Still not as good as Harlan Roulette, but better than last week. Raylan's shooting was great and the scene between Boyd and Quarles was very foreboding. Should get a great second half of the season. (So many top notch moves this week. The piss test, Boyd's cell phone move, Johnny's advertising for the bar and line "if you wanna gimp on over", etc.)

Great seeing Maggie Lawson too! Getting excited for Psych coming back as well.

I almost felt sorry for poor Dewey this ep. Loved the shootout at the end, and the Boyd/Quarles scene.

Took me a couple of minutes to recognize her out of context. I wonder if she'll be back.

Yea and a bit of surprise seeing Jules.

They are racking up the body count this year huh?

Another solid episode. I thought Jules act at the hospital was a little cheesy the way they handled it, seemed fake and obvious. Wasn't liking that at all. Then it played right in to the reveal later on and worked really well in context.

my take is she is leaving him. She is packing up a house she is selling, with no place to go, yet she isn't terribly concerned about it. That tells me she has other plans. Plus she is says she is ok with raylan and his job, I take that to mean she realizes she can't change him or his job (and doesn't really want to), but at the same time she recognizes that it isn't a healthy place for her long term.

So much was made of that comment, that I'm wondering WTF was up with it.

Man I hope so.

Maybe they wised up and are getting rid of her and Carla Gugina will become a main member of the cast.

Great episode. Watched it last night.

Then read the first 100 pages of Elmore Leonard's Raylan today and had a wicked case of deja vu.

Which is refreshing. If there's one plot device\trope I am absolutely sick to death of it's significant others whining to their wives\husbands about their jobs. It all stared with Donnie Brasco, where the only point of Anne Heche's role was to whine at the top of her lungs about how Joseph\Donnie was never home and never helped with the kids. Bitch, you married an FBI agent, and you screaming at him isn't helping anything! Hell, no wonder the wants to leave home as quickly as possible!

Ever since then, I've noticed it in a thousand TV shows and movies, and it drives me nuts.

Thanks for letting me get that off my chest 15 years later!

Re: Justified -- "Thick as Mud" -- 2/14/12

There is one thing I didn't understand - if they didn't take Dewey's kidneys, why go through all of that and let him loose spilling the details of their scheme?
