I liked the first season. But I'm not sure if I liked it enough to watch another season of it. It just came across as your typical run of the mill procedural. Plus, not many of the characters are actually likable.

Who was unlikeable to you? Shea, Erica and Lloyd were awesome. Lloyd was the highlight of the 1st season. He had some of the best lines.

Even though this show is a mostly B-list cast, the chemistry was there and made it more than just a cookie cutter procedural.

BTW, they moved production of the show from Icy Cold Toronto to New Orleans. I think the new backdrop should be things more interesting.

I also think that while the show is at its heart a procedural, it had more than enough character development to make it stand out from the rest. I also appreciate that each case was different than the last during the first season. I do hope they throw in some serialization in the second season though.

So what's the speculation on who bites it? I could see the computer being the most likely candidate to bite it.

Honestly, I think it's a tough call on who they kill off. Everyone is important in their own way. I could see Shea or possibly Ray.

They won't kill off:

Lloyd - probably the best character on the show.

Erica - The eye candy

Julianna - Computer geek

Charlie - Runs the entire unit.

I'm guessing either Shea (would be a shame cos he and Lloyd have great chemistry) or Mr. Heart Problem.

Any word as to why they're already offing a cast member in season 2?

Nada. That's how A&E has been promoting the show. Nick Santora hasn't said anything on his Twitter page. I forgot that Charlie has a heart problem. That definitely makes him a candidate.

In all fairness, so would the writers in season 1. It would be totally ignored for several episodes (even while Charlie was exerting himself) and then suddenly re-appear as a major issue in a random episode later.

is this the show that brought back Teabag from Prison Break? is he still around, and how did they address his missing hand?

Yes, this show brought him back for 1 episode last season. The 2 creators of this show worked on Prison Break and were able to get the rights to use his character. If you watched Prison Break, you will know his hand was chopped off by the other convicts during an escape in season 1. His missing hand was pertinent in the episode he was in for this show for his escape.

no, I meant did he still have the missing hand? or did he magically grow it back. I actually just wiki'd it... I was under the impression that this character was a regular on this show, not a one and done type deal.

T-Bag would have been a great recurring nemesis for Lloyd.

This show was very good for a weekly procedural with minor serialization. Though it was a short season and has been off the air so long that half of the storylines seem like a distant memory.

But do they mean Fall as in killed or just wounded in the line of duty. I could see one of them getting shot & amost dying, showing how much they have come to care about each other.

They could also mean that someone screws up and has to go back to prison. That would put the others in danger since the original deal was that if one goes back, they all go back. You could play with that angle to create some tension.

No, Serinda Swan is and

Anyway, based on the footage (or lack thereof) of
Spoiler:
Shea in the behind the scenes video, I think it's a safe bet that he bites it.

Re: Breakout Kings -- Season 2 -- Sunday March 4th 10pm

FYI

Tomorrow at 10am ET/7:00am PT, A&E is airing an all-day Breakout Kings marathon for those who have never seen the show and would like to get caught up before season 2 premieres on March 4th.

They are only airing 8 of the 13 episodes from season 1, but you can easily jump into any of these episodes without feeling lost IMO.

One of the episodes features Robert Knepper reprising his part as T-Bag from Prison Break.
